Love mileys cute long sleeve, mini, dress it's got all the right touches in all the right places.
I don't know if it's because miley has grown up so much and become such a style icon or if it's because shes dating super hot Liam, but I seem to love to watch her appear in magazines and am always looking for some crazy outfit on her.
I also love her short blonde tip bob and he makeup matches very well.
